Routine? Good thing?

Without quiet time, outdoor moments and time alone, I fall apart. Sometimes, without structure and framework, I can waste endless hours sidetracked, distracted and creative (my favorite stuff).

What's your sweet spot?

Routine? Structure? Movement? Change? 

Sometimes the most amazing stuff comes by breaking patterns: creating anew. Manifesting in ways unexpected. I think of Jackson Pollack. I think of Georgia O'Keefe. I think of water moving...or our reflection in wiggly water vs. still water.

I think of friends who belly dance.

What does that mean? How do you stay enlivened. What's your rhythm. Where do you thrive?
